I am Shira, a reflexologist, wellness practitioner, and the woman behind Journal Cards. I created these decks after working with hundreds of women navigating some of life's hardest chapters: illness, divorce, midlife shifts, and the quiet ache of not knowing who you are anymore.
What I noticed, over and over, was that women wanted to reflect but the blank page felt impossible. They needed a gentle starting point. A question that already understood where they were. That is what Journal Cards are.

Not at all. Journal Cards were designed specifically for women who want to reflect but find blank pages overwhelming. Each prompt has a small writing space if you want to jot something down, but you can also simply read the card and sit with the question. There is no right or wrong way to use them.
